Delivery and returns

Delivery territories Delivery territories are configured in the admin. At launch only mainland Denmark is set up. Greenland and the Faroe Islands are separate territories with their own prices and lead times and are not covered by mainland pricing.

Production time and delivery time Production time is stated on each product and is the time before an item leaves the workshop. Shipping time is added on top. We do not promise a guaranteed dispatch day, and we do not invent free-shipping thresholds: shipping costs are shown in the cart before you pay.

Right of withdrawal As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the day you receive the item. The fact that a standard product is made after ordering does not in itself remove that right. Items individually personalised to your information (name, date, your own text or your own file) may be exempt. This is clearly stated on the product page before you buy.

Defects Regardless of withdrawal, you have statutory rights if goods are defective or not as described. Contact us and we will sort it. We never remove your statutory rights in our terms.

How to return Write to us with your order number before sending anything back. The return address is completed in the admin. Pack the item so it is not damaged in transit.
