Prices Indicative catalogue prices are shown in Danish kroner including calculated 25% VAT in preview. VAT registration must be confirmed before VAT can be collected on live sales. Shipping and any fees are shown in total before you complete the purchase. Prices are always calculated on the server; amounts submitted by the browser are not accepted.

Payment Payment methods depend on the connected payment provider. Only methods actually active on the account are displayed. An order is marked paid only when the payment provider confirms the payment.

Custom work An on-site estimate is indicative. A binding price is given in a written quote after technical review. Quotes carry an expiry date. Production starts after your acceptance and any design approval.

Intellectual property You must have the right to have the files and designs you send printed. We do not print copies of protected or licensed designs.

Liability and use Our products are for the use described on the product page. They are not intended for load-bearing, medical or safety-critical purposes and are not approved for food contact.

Complaints Complaints go to us first. You may also complain to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution and to the European Commission online dispute resolution platform. Specific references are inserted once company details are completed.
