What we process Contact details you enter (name, email, phone, company), the content of your requests, files you upload, order history and technical log data required to operate the service. We do not put personal data into analytics events.

Purposes and legal basis We process data to answer requests and deliver orders (contract), to comply with bookkeeping and consumer rules (legal obligation), and to send the newsletter (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

Your files Uploaded 3D files and sketches are stored privately. Access requires a time-limited signed link, and files are never shared with other customers. We do not use your files for our own products without agreement.

Retention Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after a period configured in the admin. Accounting material is kept for the statutory period.

Your rights You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object. Write to us via the contact page. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Processors Hosting, database, email and payment are provided by external suppliers. The list is completed in the admin as integrations are connected so it stays accurate.
