How long does an order take?
Finished designs have a per-product production time, typically 3–7 working days plus shipping. Custom jobs get a schedule in the quote.
Can I get an exact price immediately?
No. No slicing service is connected, and material use depends on supports, infill and orientation. You get an indicative estimate and a final price after technical review.
Which file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ and 3MF for printing. STEP is accepted as an attachment for manual review.
Are my files private?
Yes. Files are stored privately, access requires a signed link, and other customers can never see them.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Standard products follow ordinary consumer rules. Individually personalised items may be exempt from withdrawal, but your rights in case of defects always apply.
Are the prints food approved?
No, we make no such claim. Do not use them for direct food contact.
