3D printing in the kitchen: what works and what to avoid

18 September 2026

What works

Spice risers, bag clips, pour-over stands and drawer dividers — things that touch packaging and tools rather than food.

What we do not recommend

Plates, bowls and cutting boards. Printed surfaces have microscopic grooves where bacteria can gather, and we do not market our materials as food-approved.

Cleaning

Hand wash in lukewarm water. A dishwasher typically deforms PLA.
