How to order a custom 3D print

Two ways in If you have a 3D file, upload STL, OBJ or 3MF. STEP is accepted as an attachment for manual review. If you only have an idea, describe the function, the dimensions and the quantity — and we will draw it.

What we ask Intended use, dimensions and critical tolerances, preferred material, colour, finish, quantity and deadline. The more precise, the fewer rounds back and forth.

Why you do not get a price instantly The amount of material in a model is not the same as the consumption in the printer. Supports, infill, orientation, layer height and machine speed change both time and usage significantly. A number based on model volume alone would be misleading. So we give an indicative estimate and a binding price after technical review.

The process Submitted, technical review, clarifying questions if needed, quote with assumptions and validity, your acceptance, design approval where relevant, payment, production, quality check and dispatch.

Good files make better prices Close holes in the mesh, avoid unnecessarily thin walls, state the units, and tell us which surfaces must look good. That saves finishing work — and therefore money.
